Takeo Tamashiro was borned on 1987 in Tainan, Taiwan; raised in Osaka, Japan; graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in politics and jurisprudence from Nagoya University in 2011; and gained a Master’s degree from the Open University of Japan in 2014. Theses for two degrees are written on US diplomacy from the end of the 19th century to the beginning of the 20th century, based on the theory of Halford John Mackinder, a British geographer.
Since meeting with a book of Friedrich Nietzsche at the end of undergraduate years, Tamashiro has read some philosophers’ works, particularly Plato, Immanuel Kant, and Authur Schopenhauer.
Tamashiro continues to observe worldly affairs from the perspective of ‘a nobody’.
